IT project manager and application developer for the United States Air Force. Lead and supervised the development of web-based tools to support Air Combat Command’s infrastructure planning organization, researched and procured new software and additional hardware for Federal Core systems, and authored technical contract scopes for future acquisition.

  • Developed web applications, systems, and sites using .NET (VB/ASP/PHP) and Adobe Flex
  • Built modules within BroadVision, SharePoint, MediaWiki, WordPress MU, and Drupal
  • Designed new GIS applications for ArcIMS (SOAP/JavaScript) and ArcGIS Server (REST/Flex 3), integrating them into robust web-tools and systems
